Additionally, we also grow a number of our own ingredients right on our own Wilde-Thorne farm north of Two Harbors, MN. Peppermint, lavender, basil, blueberries, currants, strawberries, raspberries, currents and gooseberries are some of the fruit and herbs we grew and incorporated in our recipes this year.
As one can imagine, not all wonderful and delicious ingredients can be grown in our own backyard. Vanilla, Chocolate and Cinnamon are good examples. For these ingredients we search out suppliers that engage in sustainable business practices.
Cinnamon - Red Ape Cinnamon
Herbs & Spices - Mountain Rose Herbs
Vanilla & Other Extracts - LC Finns Extracts in Minneapolis, MN
